เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ (Terms of Service)

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข (Acceptance of Terms)

การเข้าถึงและใช้งานระบบจัดการร้านเช่าชุด RentSabai ของคุณ ถือเป็นการยอมรับและยินยอมที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ หากคุณไม่ตกลงในข้อกำหนดใดๆ กรุณาระงับการใช้งานระบบทันที

By accessing and using RentSabai services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the application immediately.

2. การสมัครสมาชิกและการดูแลรักษาบัญชี (Account Registration & Responsibility)

ในการใช้งานระบบ คุณต้องสมัครและลงทะเบียนเข้าใช้งานบัญชีร้านค้า โดยคุณตกลงที่จะ:

  • ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลร้านค้าที่เป็นจริง ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
  • เก็บรักษารหัสผ่านและข้อมูลรับรองสิทธิ์ความปลอดภัยไว้เป็นความลับ
  • รับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีร้านค้าของคุณ

Account Terms:

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration info.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities occurring under your store account.

3. ข้อตกลงข้อมูลผู้ใช้ Google และการเชื่อมต่อภายนอก (Google User Data & Calendar Sync Terms)

ฟังก์ชันการซิงค์ตารางนัดหมายกับ Google Calendar ทำหน้าที่ช่วยนำส่งและอัปเดตข้อมูลนัดหมายของร้านค้าของคุณไปบันทึกบนปฏิทิน Google ส่วนตัว โดยมีเงื่อนไขการให้บริการดังนี้:

  • คุณยืนยันว่าเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิ์บัญชี Google ที่นำมาเชื่อมโยง และยินยอมให้ระบบสร้าง/อัปเดตกิจกรรมนัดหมายบนปฏิทินที่เลือก
  • การเชื่อมโยงระบบและการใช้งานข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่ได้รับจาก Google API จะต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย Google API Services User Data Policy ซึ่งรวมถึงข้อกำหนดการใช้งานอย่างจำกัด (Limited Use requirements) อย่างเคร่งครัด
  • ข้อมูลที่ได้รับผ่าน Google API จะถูกนำไปใช้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการซิงค์ตารางนัดหมายของร้านค้าตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้เท่านั้น และจะไม่นำข้อมูลผู้ใช้ Google ไปใช้เพื่อจุดประสงค์ด้านโฆษณา การตลาด หรือถ่ายโอนข้อมูลไปยังบุคคลที่สามอย่างเด็ดขาด
  • คุณสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Google ของคุณได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ผูกมัด

Google User Data & Third-Party Sync Policy:

  • You warrant that you own or have permission to connect the Google Account, and authorize us to modify events in the selected calendars.
  • Use of Google integration and any data received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Information obtained from Google APIs is used solely to facilitate the store appointment calendar synchronization and will never be used for advertising, marketing, or shared with third parties.
  • You can disconnect and terminate Google Calendar sync at any time without restriction.

4. ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ (Limitation of Liability)

เราให้บริการระบบจัดการร้านค้า RentSabai ในลักษณะ "ตามที่เป็นอยู่" (As-is) แม้เราจะมุ่งมั่นรักษาระดับการเข้าใช้งานระบบคลาวด์และเสถียรภาพการซิงค์ปฏิทินตลอดเวลา แต่เราไม่รับประกันในความสูญเสียข้อมูล ปัญหาคิวการนัดหมายชนกัน หรือการที่ API ภายนอกขัดข้องชั่วคราวที่เป็นเหตุสุดวิสัยนอกเหนือการควบคุม

RentSabai is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and sync stability, we are not responsible for any data loss, scheduling errors, or third-party API downtime beyond our control.

5. สิทธิ์ความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลและลิขสิทธิ์ (Data Ownership & Intellectual Property)

ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลยอดขาย และข้อมูลลูกค้าที่ถูกสร้างและจัดเก็บในระบบทั้งหมดเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์โดยชอบธรรมของคุณผู้เป็นเจ้าของร้านค้า เราทำหน้าที่เพียงผู้ดูแลพื้นที่และประมวลผลข้อมูลเท่านั้น

All data (products, sales, customers) inputted by you remains your exclusive property. RentSabai processes it solely to provide the services under your authorization.

6. การปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขและการติดต่อ (Modifications & Contact)

เราอาจทำการปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้เป็นระยะเพื่อความสอดคล้องกับข้อกฎหมายและการพัฒนาฟีเจอร์ใหม่ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้ทราบผ่านทางหน้าเว็บหรืออีเมล
